What Does a Web Designer's License Entail?

If you choose to sign up for graphic use as a Web Designer, you get to use all Member's Graphics, Collections, and Custom Graphics as stipulated below:

Member's Graphics may be used on site without client being a member, but if client wishes to browse the RBG site for graphics, said client must register for use of my graphics before they browse.  DO NOT give them your access codes!  Client may not have additional graphics or graphics off their site for personal, non-site use.  Member's Graphics are only for use on the client's site.

Collection Graphics may be used whether purchased by Web Designer or client. If purchased only by Web Designer, Web Designer may not give additional graphics to client that are not used on the client's site, nor let them browse the collection. If purchased by client, it is strongly recommended that Web Designer also purchase the collection so that they may have all graphics available to them should the ones the client specifies do not work well in the design.

Custom Graphics purchased by Web Designer's client are the sole property of the client and may be used as client deems necessary (keeping in mind my terms). If graphics are purchased by Web Designer, then they are the property of the Web Designer and remain with the Web Designer should the client decide to assume full responsibility for maintenance of the site.

Likewise, if Web Designer decides not to register for use of Member's Graphics, but client does give the graphics to Web Designer, the Web Designer may not under no circumstances use graphics obtained from client for own personal use or on other sites they maintain.

A Price Break for you is also included in the license. If client needs a banner for their site, using site graphics, I charge $3 for a static banner, and $2 for each additional frame, if animated text only, $5 per frame if it includes animated graphics. Calling Cards and Quilt Squares remain $3.
