Terms of Use

All the graphics featured in these pages are original mouse-drawn creations, some of them taking hours to complete so please keep this in mind. I only have a few rules, so please read them before saving any graphics.

For Webmasters & Bloggers:
*Please have at least the "no right click" script installed on your site.
*Don't forget to supply a link to my site at the bottom of each page that my graphics appear.
*Please DO NOT directly link to any of my graphics, save them to your hard drive and upload them to your own site.
*All graphics (Member's, Customs, Collections, Sets) may be used by private and commercial websites for site decorations only.

 For Crafters:
*If you do use the graphics to make your own cards, I would appreciate it very much if you would place one of my logos at the back of the card with the site address below it (http://www.recyclebingraphics.com). That way, the recipient will be able to benefit from this site as much as you have. :o) You can make the logo smaller to fit the size of your card, but please have it readable.
*You may use the graphics in any way you see fit in making items to be given as GIFTS ONLY.

For Everyone:
*DO NOT use them in any way to re-sell unless you purchase a Business & Reseller's License. Feel free to use them for scrapbooks, web pages, cards, club newsletters, or your favorite craft projects. They are here for your enjoyment. DO NOT resell graphics in their original form to other people for digitizing or other purposes.  Businesses who wish to use graphics for any other purpose other than site decoration need to purchase the Business &  Reseller's  License.

*DO NOT alter my graphics in any way.
*DO NOT use my graphics to make tuts, tubes, outlines, templates for sale or to give away, adoptions, cards, banners, or any other graphic or composite for personal use or to be given as a gift.

*DO NOT share graphics or place on graphic-sharing sites! If a friend really likes a graphic, please give them the address to this website and encourage them to register or purchase a collection. Do not give any Member's Graphics, Set, or Collection graphics as a gift. If you wish to give custom graphics as a gift, please contact me first. A copy of these terms will need to be sent with the gift, and if there is any doubt that this person will respect my terms of use and copyright, please do not send the gift!

*Because of the vast amount of abuse on the web from various Incredimail users, none of my Member's, Set, or Collection graphics are allowed for this use. It would not be fair to the other purchasers if the graphics they paid for were to be stolen by "snaggers."

*All sigtags used will have a link provided either on the graphic itself, or under the graphic (preferred, as this is where most people look).

*No membership will be granted for "graphic collectors."

*If you are a member, and I find that you are misusing graphics or not following these terms, I do reserve the right to terminate your membership without a refund if the discrepancies are not corrected in a timely manner.

*Finally, if you see someone using my graphics without credit being given or being misused, please email me. I promise that you will remain anonymous.
